Keeping yourself centered is a balancing act. This journal is great for teens or adults who need a way to vent out the bad days and focus on the good. Adulting is hard, and it is literally always something to kick you down.

This journal comes with the following instructions:
Life is Tough.
Some days are harder than others.
No matter how bad your day, week, month, or year,
focusing on the positives in your life,
can often be the lifesaver you are looking for
to pull you through.

Having a Bad Day?
Take a moment to find something
that made you smile today.
Or, read some of the things from past entries.
They can help drown out
some of the negatives from your day.

For the insanely emotional or trying days that make you want to scream, cry and call it a day.
Pick up the pen and write it out.
Take control and release it from your energy.
Once you have the words on paper, tear that page out. Scribble those words until they are nothing,
then tear them up into tiny shreds.
Take a couple deep breathes and walk away.

And remember:
A bad day doesn’t mean a bad life.

This Journal is all about writing out the balance of life, which includes good days, and bad. --Sometimes the bad seem to outweigh the good. So this is a reminder of the moments that made you smile.

Each journal has 60 pages to document cherished moments; pages are a mixture of white and varied colors. Cover has a clear laminate to add a little more durability.
